Julie Cole, MS, RDN, LDN, CEDRD is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who offers practical and sensible nutrition advice. Her passion as a trained chef and food healer is utilizing her clinical and culinary experience to improve people’s self-esteem and relationship with food. Julie is committed to delivering health education through an evidence-informed, weight-neutral, social justice lens while promoting positive and inclusive messages.
Julie’s path into dietetics developed out of her love for food. At the Natural Gourmet Institute, she was taught a holistic approach to promote health. Julie’s passion is improving people’s relationship with food utilizing her clinical and culinary experience.
As a certified intuitive eating counselor with a non-diet approach based on mindfulness and utilizing internal physical cues to eat. Meal plans includes a variety of foods, and no foods are forbidden; however, if a medical condition requires medical nutrition therapy this is addressed. Responding to physical hunger and fullness will bring about natural weight.
