My new program is meant for those with anxiety around food/health. Not only will we be working towards becoming an intuitive eater, but it includes a functional nutrition testing kit to help determine root causes for digestive issues, as well. The benefits of the program include reconnecting with your internal cues, rather than external, improving the “right” body changes (how we physically feel, not look -> which actually improves body image!), and improving your relationship with food. We'll talk about how stress impacts food and body image and help you get out of the fight or flight cycle by addressing not only WHAT you eat, but HOW you eat. We start with mindset and finish with overall lifestyle, and of course include joyful movement! The goal of this program is to become an intuitive eater after we renourish the mind, body, and soul.
