Julie Cole, MS, RDN, LDN, CEDRD is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who offers practical and sensible nutrition advice. Her passion as a trained chef and food healer is utilizing her clinical and culinary experience to improve people’s self-esteem and relationship with food. Julie is committed to delivering health education through an evidence-informed, weight-neutral, social justice lens while promoting positive and inclusive messages.
Julie’s path into dietetics developed out of her love for food. At the Natural Gourmet Institute, she was taught how to balance the diet to promote health. Julie’s passion is improving people’s relationship with food utilizing her clinical and culinary experience.
As a certified intuitive eating counselor with a non-diet approach based on mindfulness and utilizing internal physical cues to eat. Meal plans includes a variety of foods, and no foods are forbidden; however, if a medical condition requires medical nutrition therapy this is addressed. Responding to physical hunger and fullness will bring about natural weight.
